I want Buttermilk Pie that is buttermilk-y!
Tried several recipes – this week it was the one from Homesick Texan.
So far, none has the TANG (and maybe the creaminess) of buttermilk that I’m looking for. It just tastes basically like chess pie. Good but not what I’m looking for.
Can anyone help? Reading More May Cause Envy…
