hot pot wedding party - how much to buy of everything?
Dear chow community,
we are having Chinese hot pot for our wedding juhuuu! (around 120 people, one other main dish, a western fondue, so counting for 60)
does anyone have experience with making hot pots to large crowds and can share your shopping list with me? I’m trying to figure out hoe Reading More May Cause Envy…
