Fudgy Brownies: Unsweetened or semi-sweet/bittersweet chocolate?
Calling all brownie experts! So my question is when it comes to making brownies that are nice and dense and fudgy is unsweetened chocolate or semi-sweet/bittersweet chocolate preferred?
