Palm Oil (Dendé)

I’ve been craving a Brazilian dish called moqueca lately. It calls for palm oil which, after a lengthy search in the markets in my town (Toronto), I found. The bottle says it’s unrefined. I’ve not used this before, so I’m not sure what the taste of the raw product Reading More May Cause Envy…
