Sirloin Tip Roast
I was buying meets today for a week at the cottage and my small organic market didn’t have any steaks left. So, I bought tip sirloin roast to cut into steaks. I think they will need to be marinated to tenderize them before grilling.
Any thoughts, advice, recipes?
