Corn Fungus (Huitlacoche)
Been curious about this for several years. We got a little teaser from a place where we have purchased mushrooms on line. My DW placed an order for morels, fiddle heads and ramps. Included was a little surprise for me. Yup, huitlacoche. Has anyone had this, and if so, do Reading More May Cause Envy…
