Sourdough Starter: "Bad"?
There is noticeably more Hooch from a wetter mix. I have also used 1/2 teaspoon of Honey to feed my Starter. I also have a Sourdough Starter that I found on Food network. That mix has a really good Sour to it. That is made with Yeast as the beginning Reading More May Cause Envy…
