Can you simmer soup for 4 hours?
I would like to try this recipe

It said to simmer for 4 hours. Will my house catch on fire if I do that? Is that safe?
Also, can I really just put an entire chicken to boil? I never knew you can do that. For example, we have to take out Reading More May Cause Envy…
