Organic grassfed beef
So I bought something called organic grassfed top sirloin steaks from Costco.com. We grilled it over the weekend but it was too lean and too gamey…basically no body wanted to eat it. How can I save this meat? Maybe make it into beef stew? Will that help Reading More May Cause Envy…
