Brining scallops?
OK – these are from the seafood case at Kroger.. I have heard they treat these….am trying to find out if that is true (they say NO) So to remove treating stuff – how about a three minute soak in some kosher salt and a touch of sugar brine? Reading More May Cause Envy…
