Making truffle oil and other trufflish R&D
I have some black truffles in a jar from the supermarket here in the UK. Once opened it says to use them within the week… im thinking of doing a lovely gnocchi recipe with one of them and im hoping its ok to infuse olive oil with the other 2 Reading More May Cause Envy…
