l'Ami Jean Rice Pudding Recipe [moved from France]
I don’t believe the official recipes. They seem to be too simple to produce a product which causes such paroxysms of ecstasy.
Another reason for my disbelief is that one recipe gave the reader a choice of rices to use.
Has anyone made a pudding from any of these recipes?
