Need a good cooling dip for Korean fried chicken.
I’d like to have a cooling sauce for my Kfc that isn’t blue cheese (since that evokes buffalo wings) and not a raita (since that evokes salmon for me – long story). Any one have any ideas on a sauce to go with these and compliment the Korean flavors? Reading More May Cause Envy…
