Cashew brittle
Had some cashew brittle from Lydia’s Candies in Wisconsin. Ingredients were butter, sugar, and cashews (order listed on packaging). It was not crunchy or hard, but still held a firm form; just a little chew. I’d like to duplicate the recipe, but can’t use corn syrup, and Reading More May Cause Envy…
