What to do with leftover gazpacho pulp?
Make some sort of tomato vinaigrette then toss, or drizzle with blanched then chilled veggies. A mixture of wax, and green beans come to mind. Or add to a bloody Mary mix (homemade, or premixed). Reading More May Cause Envy…
