Persian Zucchini Recipe?
I was able to pick up certified organic white zucchini, fresh mint and scallions at the farmers market this morning to make this today. A very good thing to have ready-to-eat in the fridge. Thanks again, one of my favorite summer recipes. Reading More May Cause Envy…
