Question on new, vs older, Presto pressure cookers/canners.... max heat is less now?
I have a smallish Presto pressure cooker that I received as a wedding gift back in the mid 1970s and it’s come in very handy. I only use it a few times a year but wouldn’t want to be without it either.
So I’ve gotten into canning lately, just jam Reading More May Cause Envy…
