Using Kefir
I’m reviving this old thread because I just started making my own kefir. WOW! So different than the store-bought, which just tastes like liquid yogurt. This stuff is so yeasty and fizzy! I did the double fermentation (24 hours with grains, 18 hours without) and it was so tasty!
