Bitter Pad See Ew
I used this recipe but used zucchini noodles instead of real noodles, and smoked tofu instead of pork: http://www.thaitable.com/thai/recipe/pad-see-ew
Ended up with a bitter taste that masked the delicious taste of the sauce 
I used Koon Chun thick soy sauce and Tamari instead of soy sauce bc I accidentally bought Reading More May Cause Envy…
