Gluten-free afternoon tea menu?
I’m planning an English afternoon tea (please don’t call it “high tea,” as so many Americans do… that’s more of a supper!). This is a mid-afternoon tea with finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries. Now I’ve learned that one of my guests is gluten-free and dairy-free!
