Why does the miso become tasteless?
hannaone, I recently bought some Korean “Black bean paste,” 18+% soybeans, second ingredient flour. The translation on the front of the outer box is “Choonjang” (though a recipe mentions “Chunjang,” which I am guessing also refers to package contents). It comes from Jinmi Foods.
