Thomas Keller thanksgiving feast - timing?
Because I’m an idiot, I’ve decided to try to pull off this thanksgiving menu from Bouchon.

I’m trying to figure out the best way to time cooking everything – i.e. What can be made ahead? Would you throw stuff back in the oven after the turkey comes out, or nuke Reading More May Cause Envy…
