Soup Safety
After Cooking chicken soup, I put stainless steal pot with lid & towel underneath straight into the refrigerator. It goes sour by morning! Never had problems when I let cool on the counter with lid on (4-6 hours) and then refrigerated. These are about 2 gallon batches.
About Me
I love food. Unfortunately, I can't cook worth a damn. I've been known to even burn water.
When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
