chicken carcass / turkey neck and giblets
Hi all,
This year I want to make extra stock – primary use in gravy, but maybe also stuffing. I was going to use a chicken carcass that I froze for this purpose along with searing a turkey neck and giblets from today’s turkey.
Any reason not to mix poultry Reading More May Cause Envy…
