Cooking emergency- thawing frozen chicken?
I bought a whole chicken early yesterday morning; got it home and in the fridge immediately to thaw. It’s about 5 pounds so assuming even 7 hours per pound I figured it would be done by the time I got home from work late tonight and I could start it Reading More May Cause Envy…
