How can I infuse aromatics w/out bitterness from hops?
I just tried .5oz of cascade palletized hops in 1quart of 100proof vodka. Steeped 15minutes at room temp. Too bitter to drink unadulterated might go with simple syrup with this one, however the citrus comes through. I’ve tried nugget whole hops ; nice flavor came through low bitterness and Reading More May Cause Envy…
