Tart crust - too late to add more butter?
So, my recipe for tart crust calls for 1 stick + 1 tbsp of butter. I put a stick, processed it, worked it, put it in the fridge to rest, and then realized I’d forgotten the extra 1 tbsp of butter. Is it too late to add it now? Is Reading More May Cause Envy…
