Air dried turkey too long?
Hi all,
Quick question – air dried turkey 2 days in fridge. Is this ok? No dry brine, I was just going for cripy skin and not sure if I should now wrap turkey (wed. night). Planning on cooking low and slow (maybe 7 hours) for 12 pound turkey. Reading More May Cause Envy…
