Griied cheese, but NOT a sandwich
anyone have any experience in grilling a piece of cheese, say a 2 inch square? What is the best way? Do you coat it with anything – flour, breadcrumbs? What is the best variety of cheese to use for this? TIA. Reading More May Cause Envy…
