substituting fresh pumpkin for canned
Maybe one of you Hounds can help? I found a soup recipe that calls for “1 pie pumpkin”; no weight or indication of how much this yields is provided. I want to use canned pumpkin (I’m no hero) but have no idea of how to substitute accurately. Any suggestions? Reading More May Cause Envy…
