Do I need to wash inside of cabbage?
I’m making Fuschia Dunlop’s 包心菜 (Chinese cabbage) with dried shrimp. It takes forever to wash all the cabbage leaves. Can I get away with just washing the outside, since the inside leaves don’t touch anything outside? Reading More May Cause Envy…
