Mind of a Chef - zucchini ends?
I happened to see the last few moments of a segment of PBS’ “Mind of a Chef,” and it looked to me as though there was some kind of dish concocted specifically from the ends of zucchini – the part I usually trim off and toss. Did anyone happen Reading More May Cause Envy…
