Risotto Taking 45 Minutes. Need advice.
I’ve read, studied, and watched videos on making risotto. No matter what I try, it takes 45 minutes. It’s creamy and delicious, but takes forever. Here is what I do:
1. I use a Le Creuset 5 quart braiser pan.
2. I use Carnaroli rice (have had the same results with Arborio.)
3. Reading More May Cause Envy…
