What to add, if anything - celery or ginger?
Hi all,
Decided to make some potato, leek and roasted cauliflower soup. I also have some extra celery and fresh ginger. I was thinking of chopping some celery and cooking with the leeks. Or, I could add ginger at some point but not sure how that would go Reading More May Cause Envy…
