What to do with A LOT of coconut milk?
Our soup kitchen has come into several large cans of coconut milk and I’m looking for a way to use it. We serve about 125 people for lunch – a full sit-down meal. So we can use the coconut milk for a main dish, dessert, soup, whatever. Must be non-challenging Reading More May Cause Envy…
