Chicken stock question
I make stock with an electric pressure cooker, which may very well change the dynamics. I get 4 quarts of OUTSTANDING stock from 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken. I eat 1/2 and make stock out of the other half. The meat is suitable for chicken soup when done so there’s Reading More May Cause Envy…
