Anyone using a vintage apothecary scale for baking?
I am tired of expensive digital scales that break. Rather than buy yet another, I am thinking of switching to an old apothecary type balance scale. Does anyone have any warnings about why this won’t work as well? Alternatively, what new scale would you recommend? Thanks! Reading More May Cause Envy…
