Substitutes for "kashmiri chili powder"?
Grateful to find this thread – thanks to everyone for the info. I had the exact same question and am in the middle of making a spice blend that asks for kashmiri chili powder. I will use part paprika and part cayenne. Reading More May Cause Envy…
