Is a Pizza Stone necessary?
Hi JustPaula, I’m not adding to the pros/cons of using a pizza stone – I’m just very curious as to why anyone would/should use the BACK of a baking sheet? If your sheet has edges, would they trap heat and make it hotter? If you have flat sheets, like Reading More May Cause Envy…
