What heat setting should I use for stove top stir fry with non-stick stir fry pan?
As hot as you can get it. But, be aware, stir fries are tough on an electric stove. Might be easier on a coil, but on my smoothtop, it’s very difficult to get my non-stick stir fry pan hot enough to do a good job. Reading More May Cause Envy…
