Best freezer-friendly, fresh tomato sauce recipes?
I got a huge glut of various tomatoes in my CSA this week — some heirloom, some large red, some yellow. I want to use some to make some tomato sauce that I can freeze for future use with pasta. So many recipes call for canned tomatoes, though. Anyone have Reading More May Cause Envy…
