Black Bottom Cupcakes - filling didn't sink in - what went wrong?
I’ve baked this recipe many times, with many brands/types of cocoa (natural and dutched), and sometimes I sub goat cheese for the cream cheese. I’ve used all different types of chocolate (and no chocolate) in the cream cheese filling. Different vinegars, different sugars, etc.
