sourdough starter question
My starter runneth over! It looks like about 1/4 cup ran over (onto a plate, thank goodness). The remaining starter is up to the top of the jar. Should I pour some off and feed it again or leave it as is and re-fridgerate ? Its Reading More May Cause Envy…
