How do you scale recipes that contain whole and ground spices 4x?
I am trying to make butter chicken for 7 people at my office. My favourite recipe typically works for 2, so I have to scale it up to 4 times to accommodate everyone. Preparing and cooking the chicken seems easy enough – but my main concern is the sauce/gravy.
