Soggy oven-baked sweet potato fries
I made some sweet potato fries using the following recipe:
2 sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
15g melted butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
I bake the fries at 200°C for 25 minutes, turning them halfway through, and they turned out very soggy, like french fries that’s been left out for Reading More May Cause Envy…
