Dosas - Can they be make ahead?
I’m a South Indian with about 20 years experience with making dosa and about ~25 years of eating it 
Like the other posters said, it certainly is better eaten hot and fresh. That said, I’ve stored a few extra (never made extra on purpose in order to store and use) Reading More May Cause Envy…
