Creamy homemade popsicles
I attempted to make homemade yogurt popsicles recently but they came out ‘icy’ rather than creamy.
I basically mixed yogurt, fresh strawberries and one very ripe banana in the blender (pretty much a smoothie) and poured it into the mould. The taste was also a bit bland (freezing yogurt/fruit definitely Reading More May Cause Envy…
