Freezing mango puree?
Making a simple puree w/ mango, sugar, lemon juice. How long can I freeze it-maybe 3 months? Will consistency remain good? I don’t want to end up with a watery mess. Any advice welcome. Thanks! Reading More May Cause Envy…
