Fresh caught wild Alaskan salmon - okay to eat raw after frozen?
My boyfriend is going on a fishing trip in Alaska in a few weeks and will return with a ton of frozen salmon that he caught. The fish is caught then brought back to the dock where it is prepared and frozen. Can I eat this salmon raw as is Reading More May Cause Envy…
