Bought a 15# whole beef top sirloin roast. Now what uses can I make of it?
I grind the entire sirloin and vac seal it in 1 lb packs and freeze. I use the ground meat by frying and making the best damned cheese steak subs I ever ate. Also can be formed to make uber good burgers. I rarely use it for Reading More May Cause Envy…
